For example, men’s diet for baby boy, men’s diet for pre-pregnancy, men’s diet for conceiving a boy, etc. which are keywords that you can write about but not relevant to our niche. So, we will avoid such keywords and research the remaining ones.

We are left with three keyword phrases:

Quality content around this keyword will rank considerably quickly and gain authority owing to a high volume of traffic.

The second choice should be ‘Men’s diet plan to lose belly fat’ as it has a higher chance of ranking with only 11 competing websites. The relevancy and sensible elements are there even with less amount of traffic.

Men’s diet plan for weight loss’ is debatable. The traffic is good but with 200 websites in competition, it may take longer to get rankings in search engines. An authoritative website can afford to use this keyword for creating content but it may not suit beginners.
